KR Trustora is looking for enthusiastic, confident, and customer-focused Telecallers to join the team at its Sholinganallur, Chennai location. This is a good opportunity for freshers looking to start or build their career in a professional work environment.

The selected candidates will be responsible for communicating with customers over the phone, providing relevant information, handling customer queries, conducting follow-ups, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

  Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers and potential customers.
• Communicate with customers professionally and confidently.
• Explain company products, services, and offers clearly.
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
• Follow up with customers as required.
• Maintain accurate records of customer calls and interactions.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling targets.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth customer handling.
• Follow company communication and customer-service guidelines.
• Maintain a polite and professional approach during all customer interactions.

   Skills Required

• Good verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of English and/or Tamil communication.
• Confident and polite telephone communication.
• Ability to convince, engage, and interact effectively with customers.
• Good listening and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Target-oriented and responsible approach.
