  Role Overview

Zoron IT Solutions LLP is looking for an energetic, result-oriented, and experienced Sales Executive to drive business in the US staffing market, with a strong focus on OPT/CPT candidate placements.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing sales and candidate placement activities, developing relationships with US clients and vendors, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving placement and billing targets. The candidate must be comfortable working in a night-shift environment aligned with US business hours.

  Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert leads for US staffing requirements, with a primary focus on OPT/CPT candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with US clients, vendors, and end clients.
• Source, screen, and place qualified OPT/CPT candidates into full-time positions across the USA.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, including requirement gathering, candidate submission, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closure.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly billing and placement targets.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, candidate submissions, and sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely candidate delivery.
• Follow up with clients, vendors, and candidates throughout the placement process.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential client relationships.
• Stay updated with US staffing market trends and relevant OPT/CPT guidelines.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with clients and business partners.

  Skills Required

• 3–5 years of real-time experience in US Staffing / IT Recruitment Sales is mandatory.
• Experience handling OPT/CPT full-time placements will be an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-management skills.
• Good understanding of the US job market and IT staffing industry.
• Basic understanding of IT technologies and US work authorization categories.
• Strong sales and business-development skills.
• Target-driven mindset with a proven record of achieving sales or placement goals.
• Excellent follow-up, coordination, and client-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a night-shift environment.

 Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant US Staffing / IT Recruitment Sales experience is mandatory.
• Candidates with hands-on experience in OPT/CPT placements are preferred.
• Strong English communication skills are required.
• Candidates must be comfortable working 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST.
• Candidates should be willing to work on-site in Gachibowli, Hyderabad.
• Immediate availability will be an advantage.

  Salary

₹5 – ₹7 LPA

Salary will be based on the candidate's relevant experience and performance.
