Role Overview: We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business in the US staffing market with a strong focus on placing candidates on OPT / CPT work authorizations. The role involves end-to-end sales and candidate placement activities targeting US clients and vendors. The selected candidate will work night shifts aligned with US business hours. Key Responsibilities • Generate and convert leads for US staffing requirements, with primary focus on OPT/CPT candidates. • Build and maintain strong relationships with US clients, vendors, and end clients. • Source, screen, and place qualified OPT/CPT candidates into full-time positions across the USA. • Manage the complete sales cycle – requirement gathering, candidate submission, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closure. • Achieve monthly/quarterly billing and placement targets. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, submissions, and pipeline in the tracking system. • Coordinate with internal recruitment teams for candidate delivery. • Stay updated on US immigration guidelines related to OPT/CPT and market trends. Required Skills & Qualifications • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of real-time experience in US staffing / IT recruitment sales (mandatory). Experience specifically handling OPT/CPT full-time placements will be a strong advantage. • Education: Graduate in any discipline (minimum requirement). • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship management skills. • Ability to work independently in a night-shift environment (7 PM – 4 AM IST). • Target-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting sales/placement goals. • Basic understanding of US job market, IT technologies, and candidate visa categories (OPT/CPT preferred).
