JOB DESCRIPTION – US MORTGAGE SALES EXECUTIVE

Position: US Mortgage Sales Executive
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Mode: 100% Remote / Work From Home
Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST
Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience

Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and result-oriented Sales Professionals to join our team as US Mortgage Sales Executives. The role involves interacting with US clients, understanding their mortgage-related requirements, explaining suitable services, and converting leads into successful sales.

The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a strong interest in sales. Freshers are welcome to apply, with training and opportunities to develop their sales skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with US clients through calls and other communication channels.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate mortgage-related information.
• Generate, follow up, and convert sales leads.
• Explain mortgage products and services clearly to prospective customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Handle customer queries and provide timely assistance.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Follow company procedures and quality standards while interacting with clients.
• Continuously improve sales performance through effective communication and follow-up.

Eligibility

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Candidates must be fluent in English.
• Candidates should have a laptop/computer and reliable internet connection.
• Previous experience in US Sales, Mortgage Sales, Banking, Finance, BPO, Telecalling, or International Sales will be an advantage.
• Candidates should be comfortable working from home during night shifts.

Salary

Freshers: Starting from ₹25,000/month
Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹50,000/month, depending on experience and suitability.
