  Job Summary

Kyungshin Industrial Motherson Pvt. Limited is looking for Assistant / Junior Engineers to join the Production Planning & Control (PPC) team at its wiring harness manufacturing facility. The role involves production planning, material coordination, inventory and rejection control, ERP activities, and supporting day-to-day PPC operations.

   Key Responsibilities

• Support production planning and scheduling based on production requirements.
• Manage day-to-day PPC activities and coordinate with production teams.
• Monitor material availability and support material handling activities.
• Maintain and monitor inventory levels to ensure smooth production.
• Track and control production rejections and related records.
• Update and maintain production-related information in ERP systems.
• Prepare and maintain PPC reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with production, stores, quality, and other departments.
• Support preparation and monitoring of Control Plans.
• Assist with APQP and PPAP related activities.
• Support FEMA-related activities and documentation.
• Monitor production progress and communicate status updates.
• Maintain accurate records using MS Office / Excel.

• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
