  Job Summary

Jayathirees Business Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced HR Executive – Generalist to manage core HR operations in an automotive manufacturing environment. The role will involve payroll processing, statutory compliance, attendance and leave management, recruitment, employee documentation, and coordination with employees and management.

  Key Responsibilities

• Handle payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary processing.
• Manage statutory compliance including PF, ESI, and applicable labour compliances.
• Handle Full & Final Settlement (F&F) and gratuity-related processes.
• Manage employee attendance and leave management.
• Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate with employees and management on HR-related matters.
• Support day-to-day HR operations and employee-related activities.
• Ensure HR processes and documentation are maintained accurately and on time.

• Experience handling recruitment and employee lifecycle activities.
• Female candidates preferred.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

   Salary

₹35,000 – ₹44,000 CTC per month, based on experience and suitability.
