Job Summary
Balbhas Business Sysnomics is looking for a skilled Desktop Support Engineer (DSE) with 1.5–2.5 years of experience to provide technical support to end users and maintain desktop IT infrastructure. The role involves Windows installation and troubleshooting, Outlook configuration, basic network support, IT asset management, and coordination with multiple IT teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems.
- Set up and configure desktop computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook and email-related issues.
- Provide technical support to users and resolve day-to-day desktop issues.
- Troubleshoot basic Wi-Fi and network connectivity problems.
- Work with basic Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP environments.
- Maintain and manage IT assets, hardware, and peripherals.
- Coordinate with multiple IT teams for technical issue resolution.
- Install and configure required software and applications.
- Track and document hardware/software-related issues and resolutions.
- Provide timely support to users and ensure minimal downtime.

- Comfortable working in rotational shifts and 6-day working schedules.
