Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Executive to manage day-to-day store operations, inventory, material movement, and documentation. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of store management and inventory control, along with good coordination and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store and warehouse operations.
- Receive, inspect, and maintain incoming materials.
- Ensure proper storage and identification of materials.
- Maintain accurate stock and inventory records.
- Monitor material receipts, issues, transfers, and returns.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Maintain proper documentation for all store transactions.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and other departments.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely availability of required materials.
- Identify and report shortages, damages, discrepancies, and obsolete materials.
- Ensure proper material handling and storage practices.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
- Prepare inventory reports and other store-related MIS as required.
- Follow company procedures and safety standards.
