Job Summary

Vinir Engineering Limited is hiring an experienced Store Assistant & Purchase professional to manage store operations, inventory control, material handling, and purchase support. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in store management, ERP systems, and inventory accuracy, preferably in the manufacturing or forging industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations, including inward, outward, and stock maintenance.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock accuracy.

• Handle material movement, storage, and identification.

• Coordinate with production and planning teams for material requirements.

• Monitor stock levels and support timely material availability.

• Ensure store discipline, audits, and workplace safety standards.

• Support purchase activities, including material coordination and documentation.

• Maintain proper records of inventory transactions in the ERP system.

• Verify material receipts and issue materials as per company procedures.

• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for smooth store operations.

Eligibility
