  Job Summary

Talent Carpet is looking for experienced and result-oriented USA IT Recruiters to join the recruitment team in Hyderabad. The selected candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting IT professionals for various positions in the US staffing market. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the US recruitment process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with candidates and clients across different time zones.

  Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment activities.
• Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Understand client requirements and job descriptions thoroughly.
• Identify suitable candidates based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements.
• Screen candidates through phone and virtual interviews.
• Assess candidates based on technical skills, experience, and work authorization.
• Explain job responsibilities, location, compensation, and other requirements to candidates.
• Coordinate candidate submissions with clients and vendors.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Schedule interviews and conduct timely follow-ups with candidates and clients.
• Maintain candidate information and recruitment records in the ATS/database.
• Track candidate submissions, interview status, and placements.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.
• Stay updated on US IT market trends, technologies, and recruitment practices.

  Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of US IT Recruitment / US Staffing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good understanding of IT roles and technologies.
• Knowledge of US work authorization types such as H-1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and US Citizen is preferred.
• Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
• Good negotiation and convincing skills.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
• Willingness to work according to US business hours / night shifts, if required.

  Eligibility

• Male / Female candidates can apply.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing is required.
• Candidates with experience in sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals in the US market will be preferred.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Candidates should be comfortable working from the Hyderabad office.

  Salary

₹5 LPA – ₹8 LPA

Salary will be based on the candidate's experience, skills, and previous US recruitment experience.
