Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals and social media.

• Post job openings and screen resumes.

• Coordinate interviews with candidates.

• Follow up with shortlisted applicants.

• Support onboarding and HR documentation.

Position 2: HR Recruiter

Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years

Qualification: Any Degree

Salary: Up to ₹25,000/month

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding support.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end candidate sourcing and screening.

• Publish job postings across recruitment platforms.

• Support offer rollout and onboarding activities.
