  Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR activities in a manufacturing/plant environment. The role involves recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance and leave management, employee relations, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, contract labour management, HR documentation, and employee welfare activities.

  Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and employee onboarding activities.
• Handle employee attendance, leave, and related HR records.
• Manage employee relations and address employee grievances effectively.
• Coordinate with the payroll team for monthly payroll processing.
• Support PF, ESI, labour law, and statutory compliance activities.
• Manage contract labour and coordinate with contractors.
• Maintain employee documentation and HR records.
• Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports.
• Coordinate employee welfare and engagement activities.
• Support training and development programs.
• Coordinate with employees, management, and internal departments on HR matters.
• Ensure HR policies and processes are implemented effectively.
• Maintain accurate employee data using MS Excel and HR MIS.

   Skills Required

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and labour compliance.
• Manufacturing / Plant HR experience preferred.
• Recruitment and employee onboarding.
• Attendance and leave management.
• Payroll coordination.
• PF / ESI compliance.
• Contract labour management.
• HR documentation and MIS reporting.
• MS Excel / HR MIS.
• Employee relations and grievance handling.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with employees and management.

   Eligibility

• MBA / MSW – HR qualification.
• 3–5 years of relevant HR experience.
• Manufacturing / Plant HR experience will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
• Strong employee coordination and communication skills.
• Male candidates preferred.

   Salary

Up to ₹4.5 LPA, based on experience and suitability.
