  Job Summary

The Colosseum Sports is looking for a responsible, energetic, and result-oriented Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of its sports and fitness facility. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing staff, coordinating daily activities, handling customer requirements, and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the centre.

  Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the sports and fitness centre.
• Coordinate with trainers, support staff, and other team members.
• Ensure the facility is clean, organized, safe, and properly maintained.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Manage member registrations, renewals, and related activities.
• Monitor staff attendance, schedules, and daily responsibilities.
• Ensure sports and fitness equipment is properly maintained.
• Coordinate bookings, schedules, and facility usage.
• Maintain daily operational records and reports.
• Support promotional and membership activities to improve customer engagement.
• Monitor the overall performance of the centre and staff.
• Ensure customers receive a positive experience and quality service.
• Identify and report operational issues and requirements to senior management.
• Maintain discipline, safety, and professional standards within the facility.

  Eligibility

• Male candidates preferred.
• Any Degree can apply.
• Candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.
• Freshers with good communication and leadership skills are welcome.
• Candidates with experience in sports, fitness, hospitality, retail, customer service, or facility management will be preferred.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

  Salary

₹3.5 LPA

Approximately ₹29,167 per month CTC, subject to the company's salary structure and applicable deductions.
