Eligibility

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years

• Must have experience in Fine Dining Restaurants or the Luxury Hospitality Industry

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Immediate joiners are preferred

Key Responsibilities

Senior Steward

• Deliver exceptional guest service in the dining area

• Take and serve food & beverage orders accurately

• Maintain restaurant hygiene and table setup

• Ensure a premium dining experience for guests

Senior Captain cum KOT Reader

• Supervise floor operations and service staff

• Read and manage KOT (Kitchen Order Tickets) efficiently

• Coordinate between kitchen and service teams

• Handle guest requests and resolve service issues

Kitchen Supervisor

• Supervise daily kitchen operations

• Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards

• Coordinate with chefs and kitchen staff

• Monitor inventory and kitchen workflow
