Position: Service Engineer – UPS & Inverter Systems
Location: Chennai / Hyderabad / Bangalore
Experience: 1–5 Years
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 Gross per month
Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) / B.Tech / B.E. or related field

  Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Service Engineer – UPS & Inverter Systems to handle the installation, commissioning, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of UPS and inverter systems. The role involves client coordination, breakdown support, preventive maintenance, project execution, and ensuring that all service activities are completed safely and efficiently.

  Key Responsibilities

• Install, commission, service, and maintain UPS and inverter systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and electronic faults effectively.
• Handle AMC services, breakdown calls, and preventive maintenance.
• Perform routine inspection and servicing of UPS and inverter equipment.
• Coordinate and manage service projects, including planning, execution, and reporting.
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Prepare service reports, technical documentation, and project status updates.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company procedures.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians when required.
• Maintain proper records of service visits, maintenance activities, and breakdowns.

  Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of UPS, inverter, electrical and electronic systems.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to handle breakdown and AMC service requirements.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to coordinate with internal teams and customers.
• Basic documentation and reporting skills.
• Strong focus on safety and technical procedures.
• Willingness to travel to client locations when required.

  Eligibility

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), B.E./B.Tech, or related field.
• 1–5 years of relevant experience in UPS, inverter, electrical systems, or service engineering.
• Experience in UPS/inverter servicing and project handling will be preferred.
• Candidates should be comfortable with field/service-based responsibilities.

  Salary

Up to ₹30,000 Gross per month, based on experience and technical skills.
