Job Summary

Magic Bus India Foundation is looking for a passionate Training Officer to empower young people through employability and life skills training. The role involves delivering interactive classroom sessions, mentoring youth, coordinating with employers, and supporting career readiness initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training on employability, life skills, IT skills, financial literacy, AI, and digital literacy.

• Conduct engaging classroom sessions using interactive teaching methodologies.

• Facilitate experiential learning and Sports for Development activities.

• Assess students and prepare Individual Personal Development Plans (PDPs).

• Mentor and guide youth towards employment or higher education opportunities.

• Monitor attendance, learning progress, and provide continuous feedback.

• Coordinate with placement teams and employers to improve placement outcomes.

• Build strong relationships with youth, parents, colleges, and community stakeholders.

• Maintain training records, documentation, and MIS reports.

• Support youth mobilization and community outreach activities.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• 1–2 years of experience in training, teaching, counselling, youth development, CSR, or employability programs.

• Diploma or certification in a relevant field is an added advantage.

• Good communication skills in English and the local language.

• Basic computer knowledge and a passion for working with youth.
