Experience: Minimum 5+ Years

Salary: ₹4,00,000 – ₹6,20,000 CTC per annum

Job Summary

BigBasket is looking for an experienced Dark Store Manager to oversee daily operations of its e-commerce fulfillment stores across Chennai. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Dark Store or FMCG Store Management, with expertise in inventory management and last-mile operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end dark store operations and daily store activities.

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy.

• Handle inward, outward, and material movement efficiently.

• Supervise last-mile dispatch and order fulfillment operations.

• Lead and manage store staff to achieve operational targets.

• Ensure timely order processing and customer service standards.

• Maintain warehouse discipline, safety, and housekeeping.

• Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams.

• Prepare operational reports and inventory MIS.

• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and quality standards.

• Strong leadership, communication, and operational management skills.
