Job Summary

UNICK Automotive India Private Limited is looking for an experienced Production Engineer to manage manufacturing operations, improve productivity, and ensure quality production of automotive electrical components. Candidates with experience in Korean automotive manufacturing environments will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day production operations and achieve production targets.

• Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure quality and productivity.

• Coordinate with planning, quality, maintenance, and warehouse teams.

• Supervise manpower and ensure efficient production line utilization.

• Maintain production reports, shift records, and process documentation.

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and waste.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.

• Support troubleshooting of production and electrical component issues.

• Optimize workflow and improve overall manufacturing efficiency.

• Train and guide production operators on standard operating procedures.
