Job Summary

Vishnu Cars – Maruti Suzuki is looking for confident and responsible Driving Instructors to train individuals in safe and effective driving techniques. The role involves teaching practical driving skills, road safety, vehicle handling, and building confidence among new drivers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide practical driving training to new and learner drivers.
• Teach safe driving practices and road safety rules.
• Guide learners on vehicle controls, handling, parking, reversing, and road navigation.
• Help learners develop confidence and responsible driving habits.
• Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Demonstrate proper driving techniques and defensive driving practices.
• Ensure training sessions are conducted safely and professionally.
• Maintain patience and effective communication with learners.
• Follow company training procedures and safety standards.
