Job Summary
Vel-Vin is looking for an experienced Accounts Executive / Senior Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and GST-related activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting processes, GST compliance, financial documentation, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting activities and financial transactions.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, ledgers, and accounting records.
- Manage GST-related activities and documentation.
- Assist with GST return preparation and compliance.
- Perform bank reconciliation and account reconciliation.
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
- Prepare monthly MIS and financial reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding billing and payments.
- Maintain proper financial documentation and records.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure accounting activities are completed accurately and on time.
