Global Healthcare Billing Partners is hiring enthusiastic fresh graduates for the AR Voice Process in the US Healthcare domain. The role involves communicating with US insurance companies, following up on outstanding medical claims, updating claim information, and ensuring timely claim resolution. This is an excellent opportunity to start a career in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with US insurance companies regarding outstanding claims.

• Check claim status and identify denied or pending claims.

• Communicate professionally with insurance representatives.

• Update claim information in the billing system.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation.

• Meet daily productivity and quality targets.

• Ensure timely resolution of accounts receivable claims.
