Job Summary

SRA Info is looking for 5 CNC Machine Setters to set up CNC machines, perform tool changes, optimize machining parameters, and ensure smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up CNC machines for new production jobs.

• Perform tool setting, offset adjustment, and machine calibration.

• Read technical drawings and set machining parameters.

• Conduct first-piece inspection before production.

• Troubleshoot minor machine and tooling issues.

• Ensure dimensional accuracy and quality standards.

• Coordinate with operators for smooth production flow.

• Maintain machine setup documentation and reports.
