Location: Vijayawada, Ongole, Guntur, Visakhapatnam, Kakinada, Nellore, Rajahmundry, Tirupati, Karimnagar, Keesara, Warangal, Bhongir, Vanasthalipuram, Begumpet, Sangareddy, Zaheerabad & Shadnagar

Experience: Minimum 1 Year in LAP / Home Loans / Mortgage Loans

Salary: Up to ₹4.5 LPA + Attractive Incentives

Age: Below 32 Years

Work Mode: Field Sales

Job Summary

We are hiring dynamic Relationship Managers to drive sales of Loan Against Property (LAP) and Mortgage Loan products. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in secured loan sales, excellent customer relationship skills, and the ability to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads for LAP and Mortgage Loan products.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.

• Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.

• Handle the complete loan application process from sourcing to disbursement.

• Coordinate with credit, legal, and operations teams for smooth processing.

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

• Conduct field visits for customer acquisition and relationship management.

• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.

• Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.

• Provide excellent post-sales customer support.
