Job Summary

A Spain-based multinational manufacturing company is hiring an experienced Quality Engineer for its sheet metal fabrication division. The ideal candidate must possess Level 2 NDT Certification and have hands-on experience in quality inspection, welding processes, metallurgical testing, and ISO quality systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections of sheet metal components.

• Conduct Level 2 NDT inspections and maintain inspection records.

• Inspect welding, bending, laser cutting, machining, and assembly processes.

• Monitor plating, heat treatment, and galvanizing quality standards.

• Carry out physical and metallurgical testing of materials.

• Calibrate inspection and testing instruments as per quality procedures.

• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, 5S, and TPM practices.

• Prepare quality documentation, inspection reports, and NCR records.

• Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality issues.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing quality.

Eligibility

• Knowledge of various metals including carbon steel, stainless steel, brass, copper, and aluminium.

• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
