Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Non-IT Recruiter with strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment and specialized hiring. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in Engineering, Infrastructure, and Construction recruitment, along with strong headhunting and talent-mapping capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer closure and joining.
- Handle niche and specialized hiring mandates across non-IT functions.
- Conduct effective headhunting and talent mapping for challenging positions.
- Source candidates through multiple recruitment channels, including job portals, professional networks, referrals, and databases.
- Recruit for Engineering, Infrastructure, Construction, and related functions.
- Understand hiring requirements and develop appropriate sourcing strategies.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate discussions and coordinate interview processes.
- Maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future requirements.
- Follow up with candidates and hiring teams through the selection and offer process.
- Negotiate and support offer closure and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand and close challenging mandates.

Eligibility
- 5–10 years of relevant Non-IT recruitment experience.
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and closing difficult/niche positions.
- Proven experience hiring for Engineering, Infrastructure, and Construction roles.
- Strong hands-on experience in headhunting and talent mapping.
- English and Hindi speaking skills are mandatory.
- Candidates with IT & ITES recruitment-only experience will not be considered.
- Candidates with HRBP-only experience will not be considered.
