Job Summary

ZUPPA Drones is hiring professionals for Defence Sales, Tender Management, Inside Sales, and CRM functions. The roles involve supporting defence business opportunities, managing tender processes, generating and following up on sales leads, maintaining CRM records, and coordinating with customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and monitor relevant defence tenders and business opportunities.
• Review tender requirements and coordinate documentation and submissions.
• Support defence sales and business development activities.
• Coordinate with defence organizations, customers, and internal teams.
• Generate and follow up on sales leads through calls, emails, and other channels.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product information.
• Maintain accurate lead, customer, and opportunity records in the CRM.
• Track follow-ups, sales opportunities, meetings, and conversions.
• Coordinate product demonstrations and customer meetings.
• Prepare sales/tender reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned sales and tender activities.

Eligibility

For Ex-Serviceman – Defence Sales & Tender Management:

• Ex-Serviceman with relevant defence experience.
• Candidates from EME, Army Aviation, AD, or ASC backgrounds preferred.
• Knowledge of defence organizations, procurement, and tender processes is advantageous.
• Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.

For Inside Sales & CRM Executive:

• 2 openings available.
• Engineering background preferred.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Interest in sales, technology, and drone solutions.
• CRM or inside-sales experience is an advantage.
• Hindi proficiency is an added advantage.
