Position: Customer Support Executive – US Voice Process
Work Mode: Work From Home (WFH)
Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM
Salary: ₹50,000 per month

Job Summary
We are looking for customer-focused and confident candidates to join our US Voice Process team on a work-from-home basis. The role involves communicating with US customers, understanding their requirements, providing appropriate assistance, resolving queries, and maintaining a professional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls with US customers.
- Communicate professionally and clearly with customers over the phone.
- Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Explain products, services, processes, or information accurately.
- Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a positive experience.
- Follow up with customers whenever required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call details.
- Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
- Meet assigned productivity and customer service targets.
- Maintain professional communication throughout every customer interaction.
Skills Required
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
- Strong customer-handling skills.
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Clear pronunciation and professional telephone etiquette.
- Ability to understand and communicate with US customers.
- Patience and a customer-focused approach.
- Basic computer and internet knowledge.
- Ability to work independently in a WFH environment.
- Good time management and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable working in a night shift aligned with US business hours.
