  Job Summary

The Colosseum Sports is looking for a responsible, energetic, and active Gym In-Charge to manage the day-to-day activities of the gym and fitness area at its Iyyappanthangal / Gerugambakkam location. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting members, coordinating fitness activities, maintaining the gym environment, and ensuring that equipment and facilities are safe and properly maintained.

  Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the gym and fitness area.
• Welcome and assist gym members and visitors.
• Guide members on the proper and safe use of gym equipment.
• Ensure gym equipment is clean, safe, and properly maintained.
• Monitor the gym area and maintain discipline and safety standards.
• Coordinate with fitness trainers and other staff members.
• Maintain records of gym members, equipment, and daily activities.
• Handle basic member queries and provide appropriate assistance.
• Ensure the gym area remains clean, organized, and presentable.
• Report damaged equipment and maintenance requirements to management.
• Support membership activities and maintain good customer relationships.
• Ensure members follow all gym safety rules and guidelines.

  Skills Required

• Basic knowledge of gym and fitness equipment.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Responsible, active, and physically fit.
• Ability to manage day-to-day gym operations effectively.
• Basic computer knowledge will be an advantage.

• Positive attitude and willingness to take responsibility.

  Eligibility

• Male candidates preferred.
• Freshers can apply.
• Candidates with experience in a gym, fitness centre, sports academy, or customer service will be preferred.
• Candidates should be physically active and comfortable working in a fitness environment.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

  Salary

₹2.4 LPA

Approximately ₹20,000 per month CTC, subject to the company's salary structure and applicable deductions.
