📋 Job Summary

Vidhai Birthing Hospital is looking for an experienced and responsible OT Nurse to support maternity and gynaecology surgical procedures. The candidate should have hands-on experience in OB-GYN OT, C-Section, or a Birthing Centre environment and be familiar with OT procedures, infection control, and patient care.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and sterilize the Operation Theatre (OT), surgical instruments, and equipment before procedures.
• Assist obstetricians, gynecologists, and anesthetists during C-sections, labor, and minor surgical procedures.
• Perform scrub nurse and circulating nurse duties as required.
• Follow strict infection control, sterilization, and patient safety protocols.
• Monitor patients during pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative stages.
• Ensure patient comfort and monitor vital parameters throughout the procedure.
• Maintain accurate OT registers, drug utilization logs, and instrument counts.
• Ensure proper availability and arrangement of OT equipment and surgical supplies.
• Coordinate with doctors and other OT staff for smooth execution of procedures.
• Follow hospital policies and maintain a safe and hygienic OT environment.

🎓 Eligibility

• GNM / B.Sc Nursing qualification.
• Must be a Registered Nurse.
• 1+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in OB-GYN OT / C-Section / Birthing Centre is preferred.
• Good knowledge of OT procedures, infection control, and patient safety.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred.

💰 Salary

₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month, based on experience, skill set, and notice period.
