🏥 JOB DESCRIPTION 2: OT NURSE (OPERATION THEATRE NURSE) Company Name: Vidhai Birthing Hospital
Location: Mylapore, Chennai
Role: OT Nurse (Maternity & Gynaecology)
Experience: 1+ Years (Experience in OB-GYN OT / C-Section / Birthing Centre environment preferred)
Qualification: GNM / B.Sc Nursing (Registered Nurse)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 / month (Based on experience, skill set, and notice period)
Notice Period: Immediate / Short Notice preferred
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and sterilize the Operation Theatre (OT), surgical instruments, and equipment prior to procedures.
Assist obstetricians, gynecologists, and anesthetists during C-sections, labor, and minor surgical procedures.
Manage scrub and circulating nurse duties adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
Monitor patients pre-op, intra-op, and post-op, ensuring patient comfort and vital parameter tracking.
Maintain OT registers, drug utilization logs, and instrument counts accurately.
