Alliance & Partnership Manager
ROLE PURPOSE :
The objective for National Alliance Manager will be to implement sales partnership initiatives that will accelerate sales growth, primarily within the upmarket and MNC segments, through the development of designated alliance partners such as Global and Indian virtual clinic, Consulting firms and other emerging ecosystem players in the medical domain.
The role will be required to coordinate both internal and external parties to meet this objective.
Grow in sales partnerships in the upmarket and MNC segments through sales interaction with existing partners and enrollment of new alliance partners
Consistently meet and exceed revenue/alliance sales targets
Build strategic relationships with alliance partners and key contacts within the designated firms
Assist in the sales process by providing expertise within dedicated alliance partners and demonstrating to clients/prospects our understanding of their business and clients
Work in conjunction with all relevant roles/segments in sales, operations, legal and marketing to execute alliance programs
Initiate and coordinate various sales and marketing programs with alliance partners
Regularly track and benchmark sales progress/growth with alliance partners and develop strategies for growth
Coordinate and participate in prospecting efforts in order to identify sales opportunities through alliance partners
Contribute to developing processes for evaluating new alliance opportunities
Contribute to developing new approaches to add value to alliance partnerships increase ADP s footprint and competitive advantage in the marketplace.
Strong relationship building with key consulting/Medical transformation partners with high intellectual capabilities
University degree with 5 years working experience in Medical/IT/services/consulting business
Extensive hands-on pipeline building and partner management experience
Strong collaboration capability with sales team and other cross functional supporting team virtually globally
Strong ability to influence c-Levels, communication skills
Be able to work in dynamic team environment with challenges.
